Tapping - Amendment to East Wanneroo Cell 1 Structure Plan, 76 Ashley Road

Amendment No.27 to East Wanneroo Cell 1 Structure Plan, Lot 1 (76)  Ashley Road Tapping

Public comment is invited on the above mentioned amendment which proposes to rezone Lot 1 (76) Ashley Road, Tapping from ‘Residential’ to ‘Civic and Cultural’.  The City has prepared this amendment for the purpose of facilitating development for a Community Scout Hall on the subject site.   A Community Scout Hall is considered to fall under the ‘Club (Non-Residential)’ land use under the City’s District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2).

 ‘Club (Non-Residential)’ is a non-permitted ‘X’ use under the ‘Residential’ zone of DPS 2, and is a permitted ‘P’ use under the ‘Civic and Cultural’ zone of DPS 2.

  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments; and
  • Your email address, to allow the City to communicate with you promptly in relation to this proposal.

Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
