Amendment No.27 to East Wanneroo Cell 1 Structure Plan, Lot 1 (76) Ashley Road Tapping
Public comment is invited on the above mentioned amendment which proposes to rezone Lot 1 (76) Ashley Road, Tapping from
‘Residential’ to ‘Civic and Cultural’. The
City has prepared this amendment for the purpose of facilitating development
for a Community Scout Hall on the subject site. A Community Scout Hall is
considered to fall under the ‘Club (Non-Residential)’ land use under the City’s
District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2).
(Non-Residential)’ is a non-permitted ‘X’ use under the ‘Residential’ zone of
DPS 2, and is a permitted ‘P’ use under the ‘Civic and Cultural’ zone of DPS 2.
