Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:
Licensee: Suez Recycling & Recovery Pty Ltd
Property: Portion of Lot 552 (86) and Lot 9005 (70) Motivation Drive, Wangara
Term: Four (4) months commencing 1 December 2018
Rental: $4,250 (plus GST) per month gross
Market Valuation: $4,250 (plus GST) per month gross.
