The City is re-advertising the abovementioned amendment, which was previously advertised from 16 December 2014 to 4 February 2015.
Re-advertising is in light of changes to the proposal required by the Western Australian Planning Commission as well as changes now being sought by the applicant.
The amendment proposal subject to re-advertising seeks various modifications to the ASP 80 plan and text, affecting Lot 1 (1369), Lot 132 (1351), Lot 810 (1397) and Lot 811 (1387) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.
