The City of Wanneroo (the City) is proposing to develop the first stage of its land holding in the Neerabup Industrial Area.
The City is proposing the extraction of Limestone and Sand resources from Lot 9003 (85) Mather Drive, Neerabup (the Subject Land). The resource extraction is necessary to reduce the level of the land to contours agreed in the City’s Agreed Structure Plan No.17 – Neerabup Industrial Area (ASP).
The Subject Land is owned in freehold by the City and is currently zoned General Industrial within the City’s District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) and is incorporated in the ASP.
A Business Plan has been prepared in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995. A copy can be inspected or obtained from the City of Wanneroo Administration Offices at 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo or viewed on this webpage.
Public submissions are invited on the proposed business plan and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Wanneroo, Locked Bag 1, Wanneroo WA 6949. Submissions must be received by 3.00pm (WST) Thursday 23 May 2019.
