Proposed Single House with two 'boundary walls' - 23 Harlequin Way, Yanchep - DA2019/409
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application which proposes two ‘boundary walls’ with the following average wall heights:
Wall 1 (closer to street): 3.25 metres
Wall 2 (further from street): 3.1 metres
The average wall height to meet the deemed-to-comply requirements is 3 metres. The deemed-to-comply requirements also stipulate a maximum wall height, which is 3.5 metres, the proposal complies with this requirement.
