Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

Property: Portion of Lot 552 (86) & Lot 9005 (70) Motivation Drive, Wangara
Term: Six (6) months commencing on the execution of the licence
Rental: $416.67 (plus GST) per month gross
Market Valuation: $416.67 (plus GST) per month gross
