LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Lease Part of Lot 12302 (1204) Wanneroo Rd, Ashby
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:
Lessor: Optus Mobile Pty Ltd (Optus)
Property: Portion of Lot 12302 (1204) Wanneroo Road, Ashby (Lot 12302)
Term: Twenty (20) years commencing on the earlier of the following dates:
- written advice from Optus advising of the date that it intends to commence works or bring construction material, plant or equipment onto Lot 12302; or
- the first anniversary of the Lease commencement date
Rental: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings (subject to 3% annual reviews)
Market Valuation: $20,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings.
