Proposed Yanchep City Centre local Structure Plan No 100
Public comment is invited on the proposed Yanchep City Centre Structure Plan. The Structure Plan will establish the planning framework for the future subdivision and development of 106ha of land. This area will accommodate a strategically identified commercial ‘Centre’ facilitating up to 71,800m² of retail floor space, a Sports and Health precinct, Education Precinct and a City Centre Core abutting a future proposed railway station.
