Girrawheen Exhibition - Love where you live

Community engagement has now closed. Comments were submitted from 17/10/2019 to 29/11/2019.

You’re invited to the launch of an exhibition at Girrawheen Library on Saturday 9 November.

Love where you live showcases images captured by a group of community minded people who got together to capture the heart and soul of Girrawheen through photography.

From favourite places that make us feel good, to spaces that expose Girrawheen’s grit, uniqueness and challenges as an urban suburb of Perth.

Explore this collection of images and join in on the conversation. Re-imagine everyday spaces and see firsthand the power of collective vision.

Morning tea and entertainment included
A tasty morning tea will be provided and local DJs will bring the tunes while you get busy with a range of free activities including the opening of a new outdoor reading room and table tennis competitions.

Register here to RSVP

The Exhibition runs from 9 November to 29 November 2019.

To join in the conversation, tell us here what you love about where you live.
