Layout modifications to an approval for a restaurant/reception centre at 25 Drovers Place, Wanneroo - DA2019/1103
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 October 2019.
The application proposes layout modifications to an
approval for a restaurant/reception centre. The modified layout includes the
building being closer to the western boundary than the existing approval. The
decking of the building at the nearest point is proposed to be approximately 7
metres from the western boundary, with the approved development approximately
14 metres from the western boundary.
