Proposed Amendment No. 17 to the East Wanneroo Cell 2 Structure Plan No. 4 

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to recode Lot 9500 (2) Torrenova Way, Sinagra from R20 (average lot size 450m2) to R25 (average lot size 350m2) and modify the road network.
