LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to Lease & Licence Part of Lot 501 (21) Civic Drive, Wanneroo

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

Lessee:               Darryn Lewis (ABN 11 842 199 135), trading as Epic Catering Services and Splash Pad Cafe

Property:                      Portion of Lot 501 (21) Civic Drive, Wanneroo

                                      - Retail Shops Lease of approximately 65m2; and
                                      - Non-exlusive Licence of approximately 155m2.

Term:                             1+1+1+1+1 commencing on the execution of the Lease & Licence

Rental:                           $7,000 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum  

Annual Rent Review:   Fixed 3% rental increase per annum during the Term

Market  Valuation:        $7,000 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum
