Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) - 12 Alvarez Parkway, Tapping -  DA2019/1361

The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 23 December 2019.

The proposed patio is setback 0.5 metres from the rear eastern boundary, is a length of 4.9 metres running parallel to the common boundary, has a post height of 2.35 metres and an overall height of 2.9 metres to the roof.
