Notice is hereby given that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of the property by private treaty in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
Property Description: 54 Mullingar Way, Landsdale being Lot 9001 on Deposited Plan 52612 contained in Certificate of Title Volume: 2641 Folio: 177.
The vacant land parcel comprises 536m2 in area and is zoned General Industrial under the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No.2.
