Have a say on our performance

Since 2003, the City has undertaken two-yearly Community and Business Perception surveys to benchmark local business and community satisfaction of City services, activities, events and facilities.

The results help the City understand what services, facilities, events and activities you think we are providing well and where we can improve.

The latest survey is now open and runs until close of business, Friday 13 March 2020.

Community members, ratepayers and local businesses are encouraged to share their views.

Survey results are highly valued and will be used to assess overall performance, identify areas for improvement and provide input into the City’s next Strategic Community Plan.

All local businesses, ratepayers and residents aged 18 years or older are invited to take part by completing a MARKYT® Community Scorecard©.. Please submit one response per person.

The study is being conducted on the City’s behalf by CATALYSE®, an independent company. Responses will remain confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles.
