Draft Local Planning Policies (LPP) 

LPP 4.25: Substantial Commencement of Development,  LPP 4.11: Variations to Building Envelopes, and LPP 2.10: Sea Containers

Public comment is invited on the above mentioned draft Local Planning Policies which have been prepared for the purposes of public consultation as detailed below:

LPP 4.25: Substantial Commencement of Development for the purpose of providing guidance on what amount of work determines when a development has been substantially commenced.

 LPP 4.11: Variations to Building Envelopes for the purpose of introducing objectives and standards to guide landowners who seek to vary the building envelope on their property.

 LPP 2.10:  Sea Containers for the purpose of guiding and controlling the use of Sea Containers and ensuring that they meet an acceptable standard and do not adversely impact on the amenity of the locality.

  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.

Should you make a submission on a draft planning policy, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
