Annual Review of the Yanchep Two Rocks Development Contribution Plan (DCP)
Council invites public comment on the Annual Review
of the Yanchep Two Rocks DCP.
The City has completed its annual review of the Yanchep Two Rocks DCP, which has resulted in a proposed increase in the cost contribution. Council considered this matter at its meeting on 10 March 2020.
In accordance with clause 11.6 of Schedule 14 of
District Planning Scheme No. 2, the City shall seek comment from affected
landowners for a period of 28 days before determining an increase in costs.
