Annual Review of the East Wanneroo Cell 1 Costs and Land Valuation

Council invites public comment on the Annual Review of the East Wanneroo Cell 1 Cost Sharing Arrangements.

The City has completed its annual review of the East Wanneroo Cell 1 Cost Sharing Arrangements, which has resulted in a proposed decrease in assessed value for Cell 1 from $1,912,500 to $1,887,500 per hectare and the retention of the Infrastructure Cost Per Lot (ICPL) at $18,018.64.  Council considered this matter at its meeting on 7 April 2020.

In accordance with District Planning Scheme No. 2, the City shall seek comment from affected landowners for a period of 28 days in relation to the revised Land Valuation and 42 days for the revised cost estimates before determining the costs and associated ICPL (contribution rate).

The closing date for comments on the Land Valuation is 16th May 2020 with the closing date for comments on the Annual Review being 28th May 2020.
