Proposed Single House Addition (Shed) at 37 Wilmot Bend, Madeley - DA2020/500
The application proposes a single house addition (outbuilding) to be
located in the north-eastern corner of the property. The outbuilding proposes a
0.5m setback from the eastern boundary, and 1.2m to the
northern boundary. The outbuilding will have a sloped flat roof being 2.8m and sloping
to 2.6m in height.
