Information

Proposed Pedestrian Accessway Closure - Portion of Lot 927 (2) Kevo Place, Landsdale

Public comment is invited on the proposed permanent closure of a Pedestrian Access Way (PAW) on a portion of Lot 927 (2) Kevo Place, Landsdale (subject site). The PAW was created on the original subdivision for the purpose of restricting access from a portion of the subject site to the road (Warradale Terrace). The PAW consists of a 0.1m wide grass strip located within the private lot boundaries of the subject site. If the PAW closure is approved, the land occupied by the PAW will be incorporated into the subject site which will effectively remove the access restriction from Warradale Terrace. This will allow subdivision to occur consistent with the recoding of the land approved by the Minister for Planning.

Consultation of this proposal is mandatory under Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997.
