Amendment No. 2 to the Lots 1 and 2 Flynn Drive, Carramar Agreed Structure Plan No. 61
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to extend the Private Clubs/Recreation Zone to accommodate additional community facilities, include an additional 3.12ha of private open space and rezone 12.1ha of Special Residential land to Residential.
Please note: The structure plan amendment is being advertised in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 to seek public comment on the proposal and has not been endorsed by Council. A full assessment of the proposal will be undertaken during and after the advertising period and a recommendation will be made to the Western Australian Planning Commission on the proposal.
