Proposed Single House Addition (Shed & Carport) at 37 Danbury Crescent, Girrawheen - DA2020/702
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 October 2020. The application includes a request for retrospective approval for a carport, which is setback 8.6m from the property’s front lot boundary. The carport is 8m in length and 4.5m in width. The carport has a nil setback to the common boundary at the front which then gradually increases to a maximum of setback of 1.2m. The structure is an overall height of 2.25m.
