The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 September 2020. The application proposes a 2 metre x 2 metre sign on posts, measuring a total of 6 metres in height, and setback 1.3 metres from the lot boundary at 1868 Wanneroo Road, Neerabup. The proposed sign is digital in nature and the display will be alternating every 1-2 hours between various advertisements, sales, opening hours etc. of the winery with which it is associated. The sign is proposed to operate between 7am-5pm approximately. An auto dimmer has been provided so that brightness of the sign can self-adjust based on the level of ambient light.
