Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 184
Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 25 August 2020, resolved in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005 to initiate Amendment No. 184 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.
The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to introduce ‘Smash Repair Station’ as an Additional Use at Lot 216 (87) Innovation Circuit, Wangara.
