The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 October 2020.
The application proposes a patio at 8 Cyclamen Court, Wanneroo and proposes to be 9 metres in length with a maximum wall height of 3.8 metres. The variation to the setback from the rear is 2.5m in lieu of 10m and 1m in lieu of 5m on the side.
