City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 182
Notice is hereby given that Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 28 July 2020 resolved, in accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005, to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 182 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 (DPS2) for public advertising.
The purpose of the Scheme amendment is to allow Retirement Village, Reception Centre and Aged and Dependent Persons’ Dwelling as additional uses at 198 (Lot 23) Mary Street, Wanneroo.
