Proposed Wind Turbine at 10 Reigate Way, Butler - DA2020/1087
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 November 2020.
The application proposes a wind turbine in the backyard of the property at 10 Reigate Way Butler. The wind turbine measures a total of 5.4 metres in height including a post measuring 4.4 metres in height and barrel measuring 1 metre in height.
The proposal will be assessed against the Design
Principles of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Volume 1 Residential Design Codes
(R-Codes). You are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to
the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
