LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to lease and licence part of Lot 12652 (130) Kingsway, Madeley
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:
- Lessee: Kerrie Dianne Geary (ABN 30 978 548 972), trading as Kerrie D’s Kitchen
- Property: Portion of Lot 12652 (130) Kingsway, Madeley: Lease of approximately 39m2 (plus a non exclusive licensed area of approximately 82m2)
- Term: 1+1+1+1+1 commencing on the execution of the Lease
- Rental: $5,000 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum
- Annual Rent Review: Fixed 3% rental increase per annum during the Term except for the commencement of Option 2 (i.e. the second anniversary of the commencement date, at which time a Market Rent Review will occur)
- Market Valuation: $5,000 (plus GST) plus outgoings per annum.
