The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 November 2020.
The application proposes an existing Lean to
Patio to be setback nil metres in lieu of 1m on the western boundary and a setback of nil metres in lieu of 1m from the southern boundary.
The application also proposes an existing Gazebo to be setback 0.5 metre in lieu of 1m from the southern boundary.
