Proposed Single House Additions (Outbuilding, Front Fence, Patio & Retaining Walls) at 30 Bibbulmun Entrance, Sinagra - DA2020/1243
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 November 2020.
The application is
seeking retrospective approval for several items including an existing
outbuilding, front fence, patio and retaining walls at the subject site. With
the most recent works (retaining walls) noted to have been completed in
approximately 2015. The proposed outbuilding is noted to be 4m in length and
1.9m in height and setback 0.34m to the northern boundary. Retaining walls
range to a maximum height of 1m along the eastern boundary, with additional
smaller retaining (0.64m) internal to the site around the pool area and to the
northern boundary.
