Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 7 Morgan Way, Girrawheen - DA2020/1417
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 December 2020.
The application proposes an outbuilding with a wall length of 10 metres to be setback 1 metres (in lieu of 1.5 metres) on the western boundary. The outbuilding proposes a wall height of 4 metres ( in lieu of 2.4 metres) and a ridge height of 5 metres (in lieu of 4.2 metres) and is 90m2 in area.
