The proposal is located in the industrial unit located on Strata Lot 12, 15 Volcanic Loop, Wangara. The subject unit is located closest to the northwestern corner of Lithic Way and Volcanic Loop, Wangara.
The application proposes to change the approved use of this industrial unit, which is currently ‘warehouse’. The proposed use for this unit is for ‘research and development’ of advanced indoor hydroponics/aeroponics systems, crop evaluation and other relevant products.
