LAND DISPOSITION - Proposal to lease Part of Lot 851 (23) Dundebar Road, Wanneroo – Exempt disposal under section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:

  • Lessee:  North Metropolitan Health Service (Lessee) (ABN 13 993 250 709)
  • Property:  Portion of Lot 851 (23) Dundebar Road, Wanneroo (Part Lot 851):  Lease of approximately 721m2 (Tenancy 1) and 945m2 (Tenancy 2) (Wanneroo Civic Centre Extension Building), plus licensed areas:
           - internal waste storage area (approximately 30m2);
           - 27 basement parking bays; and
           - 13 external bays of Part Lot 851 (subject to final negotiation); and
           - rooftop area
  • Term:  Ten (10) years commencing on the execution of the Lease, plus two (2) option terms of five (5) year in each case
  • Commencement Date: Nine Months after the Lessee takes possession of Part Lot 851 for its fit-out
  • Permitted Use:  Office and Clinical (Health and/or Medical) (Intended for Adult and Older Mental Health).
