The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 December 2020.
The application is for a proposed Patio located towards the eastern boundary of the site and is
proposing a variation of 7.2 metres in lieu of 15 metres.
The Patio has a dimension of 10 metres (length) x 8.3 metres (width) and a wall height of 4 metres.
