The City invites public comment on Draft Local Planning Policy 4.18 – Bulk Earthworks and Sand Drift. The Draft Local Planning Policy is to facilitate the assessment of applications for subdivisions and bulk earthworks; provide for planning and/or engineering design approval, which have the potential to cause sand drift; and/or dust nuisance; and set a basis for imposing conditions on planning, subdivision and/or engineering design approvals.
