Annual Review of the Yanchep-Two Rocks Development Contribution Plan (DCP) – Notification of Costs Review
The Yanchep-Two Rocks DCP was established in 2014 to
collect financial contributions from developing landowners towards the cost of
delivering district level community facilities in the Yanchep-Two Rocks
area. The City’s District Planning
Scheme No. 2 (DPS 2) requires that any estimated costs included in the DCP be
reviewed at least annually to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
The City has completed its annual review of the
Yanchep-Two Rocks DCP and Council considered this matter at its meeting on 14
December 2020 (PS03-12/20), where it was resolved to advertise the Annual
Review of Costs for 2020-2021. The Council report and associated information is
available below for your review, which includes the Annual Review of costs and an external
audit recommendations on the DCP Review.
