proposes two patios on the subject property. The first patio is a flat roof
patio located at the front of the subject property. The patio has a proposed height
of 2.82 metres. The second patio is 14.4 metres in length and is setback 0.5
metres from the eastern boundary. The patio has a gable
roof and has posts which are located on the boundary that are 2.32 metres high.
The patio at the top of the gable is 3.58 metres in height. The patio is
intended to replace the existing flat roof patio on the property which is
parallel to your western lot boundary.
