Proposed Single House Addition (Upper & Lower Decking) at 124 Cassilda Way, Two Rocks - DA2020/1466
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 January 2021.
The application proposes a deck and balcony which is primarily located at the front of the existing residence facing Cassilda Way. The deck then wraps around the western side of the existing dwelling and creates an open area of 10.3 metres by 2 metres. The deck is setback a minimum of 5.5 metres from the western boundary and is elevated a maximum of 0.7 metres above the existing natural ground level.
