Draft Local Planning Policy 2.9: Service Stations and Roadhouses
The City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned Local Planning Policy No: 2.9 for the purpose of providing guidance on the development of Service
Stations and Roadhouses within the City, with particular regard to locations
adjacent to and in close proximity to sensitive land uses.
