Proposed Amendment to Planning Approval - Child Care Centre at 103 Greenvale Place (formerly 10 Harbour Elbow) - DA2021/78
The City has received an application to amend a condition of planning approval relating to the approved Child Care Centre at 103 Greenvale Place, Banksia Grove (formerly 10 Harbour Elbow).
The amendment proposes to modify the operating hours as follows:
- Approved Operating Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Proposed Operating Hours: 6:30am to 6:00pm
The amendment seeks to align the operating hours with those outlined in the revised Acoustic Report (see below) provided in support of the original application, which was advertised for public comment from 27 March 2019 until 9 April 2019.
In addition, the proposal will be required to comply with the recommendations of the Acoustic Report, which include restricting use of the outdoor play areas until after 7:00am.
