Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 19 Dartford Crescent, Marangaroo - DA2021/125

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 11 March 2021.

The application proposes a gable roof patio which is located to the west of the existing dwelling. The patio is of dimension 15 metres by 5.5 metres. The roof is setback 0.7m from the western boundary and incorporates posts on the western boundary. The patio posts are 2.52 metres in height and the overall height of the structure is 3.76 metres to the top of the gable.
