Proposed Grouped Dwelling (One Unit) at 1017 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo - DA2021/106

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 19 March 2021.

The application proposes a Grouped Dwelling at the rear of the abovementioned property. The Grouped Dwelling is setback 1.13 metres to the northern boundary. In addition to the Grouped Dwelling, the application proposes a number of retaining walls which are located along the southern, and western sides of the property. The southern retaining wall is setback 0.4m from the southern boundary and is 19.7 metres in length. The retaining wall is a minimum height of 0.65 metres and a maximum height of 0.78 metres. The two other retaining walls are proposed along the western boundary. The first is setback 0.5 metres from the western boundary and is a length of 8.1 metres. The overall height of this wall is 0.3 metres. The second retaining wall abuts the western boundary is a maximum height of 0.56 metres and is a length of 11.3 metres.
