The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 March 2021.
The application proposes a gable roof patio on the northern side of the subject site. The patio is of dimension 13 metres by 4.31 metres. The patio is setback 0.5 metres from the northern boundary and incorporates a post height of 2.4 metres and a maximum overall height of 3.6 metres.
