The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 March 2021.
The application
proposes to install additions on the existing dwelling which include an additional garage in-front of the existing garage, additions to the existing
dwelling extending the building footprint over the existing and proposed
garages and an alfresco area at the rear of the dwelling.
