Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 16 Curtis Way, Girrawheen - DA2021/682
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 31 May 2021.
The application proposes a gable roof patio in the eastern corner of the subject site. The gable roof patio is of dimension 8.5 metres by 4.35 metres. An additional flat roof patio is proposed in the eastern corner of the site to account for the irregularly shaped lot boundaries. The entire patio (including the gable roof and flat roof) is setback 0.5 metres to the northern and eastern boundaries. Posts for the patio are proposed to both the northern and eastern lot boundaries.
