The application proposes an outbuilding (shed) at 25 Goldsworthy Entrance, Alexander Heights. The outbuilding measures 9.75 metres in length and measures a maximum of 2.7 metres in height and 3.1 metres to the top of the ridge from the natural ground level of the subject site at 25 Goldsworthy Entrance (inclusive of existing retaining).
