Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City of Wanneroo proposes to dispose of a portion of the following property as follows:
Licensee: Chinderah Construction Pty Ltd (ACN: 142 779 995)
Property: Portion of Lot 552 (86) Motivation Drive, Wangara (Lot 552) with a Right of Access over portions of Lot 552 and Lot 9005 (70) Motivation Drive, Wangara
Term: On the execution of a Licence, expiring 21 June 2024
Options: Option Term 1: One (1) year
Option Term 2: One (1) year
Break Clause: Six (6) months’ notice with no compensation for either party
Rental: $24,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings
Annual Rent Review: Fixed 3% rental increase per annum during the Term and any Option exercised
Market Valuation: $24,000 (plus GST) per annum plus outgoings
