Proposed Amendment to Existing Approval – Service Station (Car Service Centre) At 220 Camborne Parkway, Butler (DA2021/806)

The City of Wanneroo has received the above proposal, which is being advertised for public comment commencing on 1 June 2021 and concluding on 29 June 2021.  

The application proposes to amend an element of the existing development approval granted by the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) on 29 May 2020 applicable to 220 Camborne Parkway, Butler by way of:

  • Modification to the use of ‘Tenancy 3’ from a Shop/Retail use to Service Station (Car Service Centre). The proposed Service Station land use is for the purpose of car servicing, and does not include the sale of petrol; and
  • Subsequent modifications to the design and location of Building 3, including modifications to the approved car park to accommodate the Service Station land use.
