Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 11 Minda Place Wanneroo (DA2021/622)
The City of Wanneroo has received the above proposal, which is being advertised for your comment from 10 May 2021 until 24 May 2021.
The application proposes to install a new outbuilding at the abovementioned site. The outbuilding is proposed to be 5m (W) x 7m (L) x 3.2m (H). The outbuilding is proposed to have a setback of 1m to the southern boundary and 0.5m setback to the western boundary.
