Local Planning Scheme Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 149

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purpose of:

  1. Rezoning Lot 9164 and portion of Lot 9176 Flynn Drive, Banksia Grove from Special Residential to Urban Development and amending the scheme map accordingly; and
  2. Amending the ‘Special Residential Zone No.2’ provisions of Schedule 14  - Special Residential Provisions to delete Lot 9164 and portion of Lot 9176 Flynn Drive, Banksia Grove.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment  are available to view  from the Document Library below and will be open for inspection up to and including 15 March 2016

  • Whether your submission is in support of, or objecting to the proposal and provide any arguments supporting your comments.

Should you make a submission on a planning proposal, please note that your details may be made public at a Council meeting and included in a Council Agenda, which will be available on the City's website, unless you specifically request otherwise in your submission.
